14th EARSeL Workshop on Imaging Spectroscopy

Proceedings

Publication in ISPRS Archives (optional)

Authors of accepted abstract submissions are invited to have their papers published in the ISPRS Archives by submitting a 6-8 pages full paper including references. The submission needs to be done before the 14th EARSeL Workshop on Imaging Spectroscopy. Only papers presented at the conference will be accepted to be published in the ISPRS Archives. The Archives are listed in the ISI Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) of the Web of Science, SCOPUS, the E/I Compendex, and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).

Full-paper submissions must be formatted following the ISPRS guidelines for publishing (min-max length of 6-8 pages, including references) which are described in Appendix 5 of the Orange Book. Templates are available for download in PDF and Word format. Please upload your camera-ready papers in two versions – pdf, docx – via the conference management system ConfTool (go to “Your Submissions’ after logging into your account).

The review process is described in Appendix 4 of the Orange Book.

Please note: There are different templates for preparing an abstract (EARSeL template) and for preparing a full paper (ISPRS template). Always use the right one.

The publication cost for papers submitted by EARSeL members attending the 14th EARSeL Workshop on Imaging Spectroscopy will be covered by the EARSeL association.
The publication cost for non-members is EUR 13.50 per paper and will be collected during registration.

The deadline for submission of the full papers is in May 2026. The exact date will be published here after the abstracts have been reviewed. We kindly ask you to respect the deadline and upload your camera-ready paper before the deadline.

For questions regarding publication, please contact Jean-Christophe Schyns (schy@belspo.be).
